Serving Utah, from Logan to St. George
Your lights, systemized.
Holiday lighting, permanent architectural lighting, and year-round exterior care. We design it, install it with clips instead of nails, service it all season, and take it down on the date we agreed — in writing, in your portal.
The part everyone else gets wrong
Read the reviews of any lighting company and the complaints are almost never about the lights. They are about what happened after the deposit cleared. So those are the three things we put in writing.
Answered in 24 hours, or we credit you $50
A service call gets a real answer within one day — and if we miss that, the credit lands on your account without you asking for it. Utah reviews of this trade are dominated by repair queues measured in months, on a product that only lives for sixty days.
Lit by Thanksgiving or free. Down by January 31st or free
Both dates go on the agreement the day you book, and both carry a consequence for us rather than an apology. The season here is about forty-eight working days once weather takes its share, so the calendar is the promise that actually gets broken.
Clips, never nails — and $500 on the spot if we damage anything
Nothing gets stapled, screwed, or driven into your roof, fascia, or gutters. If we damage something anyway, $500 is paid immediately while the repair gets sorted out separately — not held up behind an adjuster and a phone tree.

Why we can promise that
None of the above works on goodwill. It works because three parts of this job are run differently from how the trade runs them.
The Kit System
Every home gets its own numbered, QR-tagged kit: strands pre-cut to your exact runs, clips already attached, plugs dielectric-greased, sealed in a labelled tote that scans straight to last year's diagram and photos. Year two is not a re-measure — it is the same kit going back up in the order it came down.
The trade norm is a van of bulk spool and a crew cutting on your driveway. That is why an install takes a morning; ours takes 45 to 75 minutes.
The 60-Minute Quote
Send an address or a photo. We measure the roofline from satellite, send back a photo-real render of your own house lit, a fixed three-tier price and a deposit link — inside an hour, with nobody standing in your driveway.
Every competitor leads with a free in-person consultation. That is a salesperson in your house and a week of phone tag, and it is the part of this purchase people actually dread.
The Tracking Layer
You watch the job move: design approved, kit built, scheduled, crew en route on a live map, installed with photos, takedown booked. A text at every step, without calling to ask.
Every field-service company in this trade already has the GPS data. None of them show it to the customer — which is why "when are you coming?" is the most common call they take.
The question everyone actually asks
“What does it look like in July?”
Fair question, and the honest answer is a switch rather than a paragraph. The track is colour-matched to your fascia and tucked under the eave. Flip it and judge for yourself — this is the same house, the same roofline, either way.
One install does all four. No ladder in November, nothing to take down in January.

Visualization of one roofline in six settings. Not a photograph of a completed job — when ours are installed, these are replaced by them.
Lighting is what we are known for. It is not all we do.
Lighting is ours end to end — our design, our kit, our crew, our January phone call. For the rest we are honest about which van pulls up: some of it we sell and hand to a vetted partner while your agreement stays with us, and some of it we do not sell at all — we introduce you to someone who does, and say so before you ask.
Every card below says which of the three it is. Run a crew and want the overflow? →
Permanent architectural lighting
One install, mounted once, hidden by day. Warm white every night, your team on game day, and every holiday without a ladder — controlled from your phone. Priced by the foot from a measured design of your own roofline.
Performed by a vetted partner crew — your agreement and guarantee stay with us
Design my system →
Christmas and holiday lights, installed
Halloween in October, Diwali, Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, New Year — lit for the nights you keep. Design, install, all-season service, takedown, and storage quoted as one number, never unbundled into surprises. Book early and you are lit before the first snow.

Takedown & storage
Somebody else put them up and disappeared? We will take them down, label them by run, and store them until next year. Standalone — you do not have to be our customer to be rescued.

Commercial, HOA & municipal displays
Entrances, common areas, main streets, and properties, on multi-year agreements with one point of contact and proactive updates when something needs attention. Boards renew on communication, not just lights.

Ice dam removal & prevention

Roof de-icing cable
Heated cable installed on the problem edges and valleys before winter arrives. The same crew and the same electrical work as your lighting — sold in the fall, because that is when it can still be done.

Gutter cleaning & guards
Cleared in spring and again in fall, photographed before and after. If your gutters are the reason you get ice dams, we will tell you that instead of selling you a cable.

Pressure & soft washing
Siding, driveways, walks, and decks. Soft wash where the surface demands it, pressure where it can take it — and never the other way round.

Outdoor living design
Fire pits, patios, and the hardscape that makes a yard usable nine months a year. We start with the lighting plan because that is the part everyone forgets until it is too late to bury the wire.

Where we work
Six markets along the Wasatch Front and into southern Utah — and what each one is actually like, rather than a list of city names.
- Salt Lake County
- The most crowded market in the state and the one with the longest-established names. We compete here on the parts they do not publish.
- Utah County
- Where permanent lighting is bought and sold hardest — three of the country's permanent-light manufacturers are within a few miles of here.
- Davis & Weber
- Mostly served by sprinkler and window-cleaning crews adding lights in November. This is where a lighting specialist is most obviously different.
- Washington County · St. George
- Split between a few real operators and a long tail of handymen — and full of owners who are out of state for part of their own season.
- Summit & Wasatch · Park City
- Nine companies serve it, one is actually headquartered here. Snow logistics, gated access and absentee owners are why.
- Cache Valley · Logan
- Almost no dedicated lighting companies — lawn, cleaning and electrical firms adding it on. Underserved rather than unserved.
A lighting season is about forty-eight working days long.
Weather takes its share of those, and the good dates go in the order people ask for them. Show us your roofline and what you are picturing, and we will build the number with you — no range, and no salesperson in your driveway.
Or stop competing for the forty-eight days
A permanent system is mounted once and hidden by day, so you are not booking a season at all — you are lit for every one of them. Halloween, Diwali, Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, New Year, the Fourth, a birthday, your team on game day: one track, a different setting, no ladder and nothing to take down.
The months when nobody is celebrating anything are the part people do not expect to like most. Turned down to a warm white it stops being holiday lighting and becomes architectural lighting — your eaves, your gables and your entry lit the way you would light them on purpose, on the nights you have people over and on the ones you do not.
